Exchange and return of goods
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the rights arising from defective performance are governed by the relevant generally binding regulations (in particular the provisions of Sections 1914 to 1925, Sections 2099 to 2117 and Sections 2161 to 2174 of the Civil Code). If the defect becomes apparent within six months of receipt, the goods can be repaired. The repair of the goods is covered throughout the life of the goods.
Any complaints are assessed individually. The buyer is obliged to report the defect to the seller immediately upon receipt of the goods. The e-shop is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. The purchased goods are provided with a warranty period.
Inform us about the complaint by phone or email. The period for settling a complaint procedure is 30 days. If the complaint is accepted in your favor, the amount will be returned to your account, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the claimed goods.
The return form is always part of the package.
