These business conditions (hereinafter referred to as “business conditions”) of the entrepreneur Michaela Madejová, by M.eli (hereinafter referred to as the “seller”) are regulated in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 (1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code (hereinafter “Civil Code”) the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Agreement”) concluded between the seller and another natural person (the “buyer”) through the seller's online store_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ www.bymeli.cz

The Terms and Conditions do not apply to cases where the person who intends to purchase goods from the seller is a legal entity or a person who acts when ordering goods in the course of their business or in the course of their independent profession. Provisions deviating from the business conditions can be agreed in the purchase contract. Deviating provisions in the purchase contract take precedence over the provisions of the terms and conditions.

Order of goods

To order the goods, the buyer fills in the order form located on the website www.bymeli.cz. The order form contains information about:

- Ordered goods that the buyer adds to the electronic shopping cart of the web store
- Number of pieces of ordered goods
- Price for goods
- Mode of transport
- Information on costs associated with the delivery of goods

The condition for the validity of the order is the completion of all mandatory data in the order form, acquaintance with these business conditions on the website and confirmation of the buyer that he has read these business conditions.

Price and payment terms

The seller will issue an invoice to the buyer after payment of the price of the goods and send it in electronic form to the buyer's electronic address.

The price of goods and any costs associated with packaging and delivery of goods (postage) according to the purchase contract, the buyer can pay the seller in these ways - payment in advance to the account - 1973919173/0800, IBAN: CZ

In addition to the purchase price, the buyer is obliged to pay the seller the costs associated with packaging and delivery of goods in the agreed amount.

The seller does not require a deposit or other similar payment from the buyer. This does not affect the condition of the obligation to pay the purchase price of the goods in advance.

Price of postage and delivery conditions

The cost of delivery of goods, freight and packaging are listed in the buyer's order  . The buyer will receive the shipment number after sending the goods to the e-mail box.

The price of postage is uniform 65, - and the method of delivery is by Czech Post, or by appointment by courier.

If the buyer does not pick up the shipment, the shipment will be sent back to the seller. 

If, for reasons on the part of the buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in another way than stated in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with this additional delivery.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract

The buyer acknowledges that according to the provisions of § 1837 of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract for the supply of goods that have been modified according to the buyer's wishes or for him, from the purchase contract for the delivery of perishable goods and goods which has been irretrievably mixed with other goods after delivery, from the purchase contract for the supply of goods in sealed packaging which the consumer has removed from the packaging and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, and from the purchase contract for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer program original packaging.

In accordance with the provisions of § 1829 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. To withdraw from the purchase contract, the buyer is obliged to use the sample form provided by the seller.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be sent by the buyer to the address of the seller's establishment or registered office.
